company overview

The Best... By Choice

Benise-Dowling Powder Coating LLC. Established in 1997, our reputation is based upon adding value for our customers. Our philosophy is “YOUR CUSTOMER IS OUR CUSTOMER.” Every decision we make reflects that shared priority. Our team is recognized for taking a collaborative, project-wide perspective; looking beyond the surface to identify cost-effective solutions, time saving adjustments, and small changes that result in a long-lasting, high-quality finish. Continuous improvement is our company’s mission & our team leaders are encouraged as well as rewarded for suggesting new ideas that create efficiencies and extend the overall life cycle of the products and services that we provide.
Why We're Different

What sets us apart in the industry is our commitment to using only in-house, professionally trained painters for every project. A question we hear often from potential clients is:
“How do you manage nationwide work with such competitive pricing?”
The answer lies in our strategic model and proven efficiency.

Our workforce is based in regions with some of the lowest living costs in the U.S.—specifically in the Southeast, including Georgia, Florida, Texas, and South Carolina. This geographic advantage enables us to offer top wages for our team while maintaining labor costs well below the national average for journeyman painters.

Our crews are not only skilled, but also deeply invested in the success of each project. We reward initiatives that improve outcomes or lower expenses, which directly benefits our clients. For companies managing 20 or more locations annually, we offer a guaranteed 3% labor cost reduction each year for up to three years.

In addition, our strong supplier relationships with top national paint manufacturers—like Sherwin Williams, Glidden, and PPG—grant us exclusive access to bulk pricing and deep discounts. When combined with our lower labor costs and 35% savings on insurance premiums, our clients enjoy consistent quality at rates that rival or beat local providers.

Our Core Strengths

At Benise-Dowling, our strongest asset is our team—hardworking employees who prioritize clear, personal communication and take genuine pride in becoming an extension of your staff. They don’t just complete the job—they commit to being a part of your success.

We understand that today’s customers expect transparency, dependable communication, and visibility into their projects. That’s why we openly invite you to tour our facilities and see your parts at any stage of the process.

What truly sets us apart is our focus on partnership over production. We’re not just running jobs – we’re building relationships. Our team takes time to connect in person, listen closely, and gain the kind of insights that lead to
better results, smoother processes, and longer-term collaboration.

We also operate by our “Golden Rule Standard: Get it right the first time.” Every member of our team is accountable to a culture of integrity—doing what we say, when we say we’ll do it. To back that up, we offer a Real Warranty—not just lip service. Too many companies fall short after the job is done, leaving clients unsupported. We stand behind our work, with real coverage and real accountability. One of the best questions we’ve ever received? “Can you show us examples where things went wrong and how you handled it?” Our answer: Absolutely.
We’re proud to share not only our successes – but how we take responsibility when challenges come up. Because for us, integrity means owning every part of the process, even when it’s hard.

Our Proven Track Record

Benise-Dowling’s reputation is built on the strength of our team—we add decades of knowledge and technical expertise to every project.

Our client portfolio includes major national brands such as Closet maid, Honda, Carrier, Trane, and Delta Air Lines. We’ve also contributed to high-visibility projects like Assembly Studios, Douglasville Bridge, Peachtree Bridge and The Plaza Coral Gables.

We are happy to provide references from within your specific industry so you
can see firsthand the standards we uphold. It would be our honor to partner with your management team.
